Application Process

How to Apply for Scholarships

Simple steps to apply for financial aid

Download Application Form

Get the scholarship application form from the college website or visit the scholarship office.

Gather Required Documents

Collect income certificate, mark sheets, caste certificate (if applicable), and other supporting documents.

Submit Application

Submit the complete application with all documents to the scholarship office before the deadline.

Committee Review

Applications will be reviewed by the scholarship committee and eligible candidates will be shortlisted.

5

Notification & Disbursement

Selected candidates will be notified via email and notice board. Scholarships are disbursed within 30 days.

For All Scholarships

  • • Admission/Enrollment form copy
  • • Previous examination mark sheets
  • • Bank account details (for disbursement)
  • • Aadhaar card copy

For Need-Based & Government Scholarships

  • • Parent/Guardian income certificate (not older than 1 year)
  • • Recent income tax return (if applicable)
  • • Caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBC scholarships)
  • • Domicile certificate

For Sports Scholarship

  • • Sports achievement certificates
  • • Competition participation records
  • • Recognition letters from sports bodies
  • • Proof of representation at district/state/national level

Merit Scholarship

Application window for students with sports achievements

October 16 - November 15

Committee Review & Approval

Scholarship committee reviews all applications and announces results

November 16 onwards

Scholarship Disbursement

Approved scholarships are credited to student bank accounts

Scholarship Renewal & Conditions

Annual Renewal

Most scholarships are renewable annually, subject to maintaining eligibility criteria.

  • • Minimum 75% attendance
  • • Minimum 70% marks
  • • Good conduct

Important Notes

Students can receive only one scholarship at a time. Multiple eligibility results in highest benefit.
